Brushing Harder Isn’t Better!
Think scrubbing hard will get your teeth cleaner? Think again. Brushing too aggressively can wear down your enamel and damage your gums, leading to sensitivity and receding gums.
- Use a soft-bristled brush
- Brush in small circular motions
- Angle your brush at 45° to the gum line
- 2 minutes, twice a day!
